Your baseline is the average DM revenue (pay-per-view messages, tips and customs sold in DMs) from the three months before we start, taken from your own platform statements, after the platform's 20% share. New subscriptions are not included. During the 1–3 day trial the baseline is pro-rated per day, and if DM revenue doesn't beat it, the trial costs you nothing.
Why a baseline matters
Any chatting agency can show you a big revenue number. The question that matters is how much more you earned than you would have without them. A baseline answers that with your own data instead of a promise, and it is agreed before anyone touches your inbox.

We leave subscriptions out on purpose. They depend on your promotion, not on the chat, and counting them would let an agency take credit for traffic it didn't bring.
How we calculate it, step by step

- Divide by 30That gives a daily baseline for the trial.

What happens in a 2-day trial
- Pro-rated trial baseline: 2 × $106.67 = $213.33.
- If DM revenue over those 2 days is $180, it didn't beat the baseline. You pay nothing for the trial.
- If DM revenue is $290, it beat the baseline. The trial is billed like a normal period on the Chat partner plan: 25% of DM revenue, which is $72.50.
What happens after the trial
On the Chat partner plan you pay 25% of DM revenue, with a minimum of $800 a month. That minimum is why we usually work with creators doing roughly $3,200 or more a month in DM revenue. Below that, the minimum would take too much of your income, and we will tell you so.
Fair adjustments
- Less than three months of history: we use the months you have and say so in the offer summary.
- One unusual month (a viral post, a break, a big one-off custom): we agree in writing whether to keep it or replace it with the next most recent month.
- No DM history at all: there is nothing to beat, so we agree a short paid start instead of a trial, and you can leave with 30 days' notice.
You keep control. Platform payouts always go to you. We invoice every two weeks from the same statements you see, and you can read any conversation at any time.
