A chatter writing in your name must follow the platform's acceptable-use rules and your own boundaries. At Sotto that means no meetups, nothing that suggests a minor, no family or non-consent roleplay, no off-platform payments, no promises you haven't approved, and a real person reads and sends every message. If a fan pushes past a line, selling stops.
Why this matters to you
Platforms review messages. One message that breaks their rules can get your account restricted or closed, and that risk is yours, not the chatter's. Before you hand over your DMs, you should know exactly what will never be said in your name.
This page lists the rules every Sotto chatter works under. It is our own policy, built on the platform rules, not legal advice. Always check the current OnlyFans Acceptable Use Policy or your own platform's terms, because they change.
Hard lines: never, in any chat
Never suggest, promise or hint at meeting in person, not even as a "maybe" for a tip.
No school, student, age or "young" roleplay, and no code words. Selling stops at once.
No family or step-family scenarios in any form.
No scenarios involving someone who can't consent, including anyone drunk or drugged.
Nothing that describes serious harm, weapons or drug use.
Only topics the platform allows. When unsure, leave it out.
Never ask for, accept or discuss payment outside the platform. A chatter who does this is removed immediately.
No slurs or hateful language, ever. Removal is immediate.
Selling honestly
- No false promises. We never promise content, customs or timing you haven't approved.
- Honest answers about what's in a set. If a fan asks whether something is included, the answer is true. Misleading a fan leads to refunds, chargebacks and account risk.
- Your boundaries first. You approve a persona doc and a no-go list before we start. Anything on it is off the table, whatever the fan offers.
- We never invent facts about your life to make a sale.
AI and people
AI tools may help draft a reply, but AI doesn't know the platform rules or your boundaries. A trained chatter checks what the fan wrote and what the draft says, and a person sends every message.
When a fan crosses a line
- First timeThe chatter steers away once, politely and in your voice.
- If the fan insistsSelling stops, the conversation is tagged in the CRM and our Head of Chat decides what happens next.
- Signs of distress or of being underageSelling stops immediately and the case is escalated. No exceptions.
Rude or angry fans get no insults or arguments. The chatter sets a boundary or stops replying.
We stop selling when it's wrong. No sale is worth your account or a fan's wellbeing.
How we keep it working
- Every chatter learns these rules before their first shift.
- Our Head of Chat reviews conversations daily and scores shifts for rule and voice match.
- We check the list monthly against the platform's current rules.
- You can read any conversation at any time.
